Date: September 15th at 10AM PT / 1PM ET

It’s no secret that the world of work has changed dramatically from where it was 3 years ago. Employees now place more value on workplace flexibility and on employers that allow their workers to determine the working arrangements that best suit their individual needs.

From fully remote to hybrid models, coupled with team members being distributed around the world, people leaders are now faced with added layers of complexities.

Join us for this 45 minute fireside chat followed by a live Q&A.

In this webinar, we’ll dive into:

  • How to lead with empathy and create an environment where team members can truly be themselves
  • Breaking down barriers and connecting on human level in a remote world
  • The role of empathy in long-distance leadership
  • Practical steps you can take to become an empathetic leader
